You are in the zit zone if you are between the ages of 13 and 18. During this time frame teenagers battle pimples, zits and acne on a daily basis. However, this skin condition is not exclusive to teenagers. Acne can attack you after you’ve reached adulthood too.

Probably the worst thing about acne is that it affects the appearance of the individual suffer which can cause them to feel self conscious about how their skin looks. A person can have zits, and pimples that make the occasional appearance. These blemishes are usually brought on by hormones, a weak skin care routine, and stress. Outbreaks such as these normally don’t last for long, but true acne is different. Acne outbreaks involve zit and pimple groupings that invade larger areas of the face.
